Chula Vista is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Chula Vista follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Truly one of the best omakase experiences! It offers amazing value. The chef is knowledgeable and experienced β€” which shines through from the first tasting to the last. It’s an intimate space; you may meet other guests, yet it never distracts you or interrupts conversations with your friends, partner or family. Book a reservation, you won’t regret it!

My daughter took me here for a belated Mother's Day Lunch on Monday. We went around noon. It wasn't busy at all. The customer service was great and the food was super delicious as always... We took advantage of the the lunch specials. You can't beat the prices on the Hibachi plates! We also got 2 appetizers: Calamari and Karaage. My daughter got Filet Mignon Ramen with a side order of shrimp...

Came here on a cold, windy Friday afternoon. The place was very clean and the service very friendly. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Ramen and it was delish!! My son ordered a salmon roll and he said it was soooo good. We will definitely be coming back to sample other items on their menu.

Absolutely ridiculous food preparation and terrible customer service. I don't ever write reviews good or bad but this one had me extremely upset considering the cost and poor quality. We spent $132 on 3 filet mignon hibachi meals, asked for fried rice only, cooked medium rare. When we arrived home the meal had noodles and the supposed filet mignon was very overcooked. The manager said it wasn't overcooked but rather it was well done because the steam heated it for longer in transit to our home. Steam doesn't char steak, over cooking it does. $132 for bland unflavored steak is beyond ridiculous. Not sure if they’ve changed ownership but the quality of food and service has gone down tremendously over the past 6 months with prices continuing to go up.

I was super excited for some good hibachi, it was very visually appealing. Unfortunately the shrimp was extremely dry and flavorless. The veggies tasted like it was cooked it old oil. The only good thing was the noodles.
